MJ263H Multiple rip saw is made according to the needs of the majority of anti-corrosion wood processing users, we improved an automatic up and down multi-blade vertical saw with a processing height of 200mm. This product is mainly used for the multi-piece slitting of square boards with a thickness of less than 200mm. The maximum processing width is 300mm. The ideal equipment for material saving.
1. The bed is made of high-quality castings, with special treatment and precision machining by a pentahedral gantry machining center, with stable performance and good precision.
2. The main shaft is made of special materials, with a diameter of φ50mm and a long wheelbase design. After precision machining, dynamic balance treatment and precision assembly, it runs smoothly, is durable and has good precision.
3. The feeding system is equipped with 6 sets of feeding rollers and 4 sets of lower flat tooth active feeding rollers (3 front and 1 rear) to ensure smooth and powerful feeding.
4. The lifting and lowering of the upper and lower saw shaft parts adopts an electric lifting mechanism, which is convenient and quick to operate.
5. The feeding mechanism adopts stepless speed change and universal coupling for transmission, which is convenient for adjustment and stable in feeding.
6. The front of the machine tool is equipped with three anti-return and rebound devices, including upper and lower, to ensure safer operation.
7. The upper and lower saw shafts are equipped with jet mist device, the saw blade has good heat dissipation, good precision retention and high durability.
8. Optimize the design of the side pressure structure of the machine tool. The front of the feeding port is equipped with a side wheel and the worktable in the fuselage shield is equipped with a side wheel structure to prevent the workpiece from deviating and make the feeding more stable.
9. The structure of the limit guide strip is optimized, and the fixed limit strip structure is adopted to prevent the bending deformation of the limit strip during feeding, and ensure the smoothness and stability of the feeding.
10. Equipped with a fully enclosed safety shield, allowing the processing of ultra-wide workpieces, the maximum over-width is 420mm, and the working noise is low, safe and environmentally friendly.
11. Standard configuration: The saw blade installation structure adopts the saw blade bushing (without reducing sleeve) structure, which realizes the smallest saw blade and the thinnest sawing path, and meets the user’s purpose of processing and saving materials (optional: using reducing sleeve components) )
