According to the needs of users in the finger-joined flat panel industry and the solid wood processing industry for rough planing and fine planing of wood products, our company has newly developed a small-diameter cutter body, double-inclined knife type automatic single side woodworking planer. The maximum processing width is 500mm, and the maximum processing thickness is 170mm.
It adopts a combination of rough planing and fine planing, with low cutting resistance, high production efficiency, good processing surface quality and high material yield. It is the necessary equipment for the benchmark processing of solid wood finger joint flat panel factory, solid wood door factory and solid wood furniture manufacturing industry.
1. The machine frame of single side planer is integrally casting with high-quality castings and precision processed by special treatment, with stable performance, good rigidity and high precision.
2. The single side planer machine adopts a four-column synchronous lifting and feeding structure, which has the advantages of stable lifting, stable feeding and high processing accuracy.
