1. The upper and lower cutter shafts are equipped with heavy-duty helical planers for finer planing and lower noise.
2. The upper feeding mechanism adopts flexible pressing claw and overlapping dense cloth without gap design, the pressure is stable and uniform, and it is suitable for processing wood of various widths.
3. The feeding drive system is equipped with a hard tooth surface reducer and a frequency converter, the feeding speed is 10-40-m/min, and the feeding is strong and powerful.
4. Three sets of drive rollers are arranged at the corresponding positions of the knives on the rear worktable, and two sets of drive rollers are arranged at the rear of the discharge to realize strong feeding and stable performance.
5. The feeding mechanism of the upper planer adopts a cylinder to press the material and is equipped with a segmented pressure regulating valve, which is convenient for adjustment and more stable in feeding.
6. The feeding port is equipped with a lower idler roller and an upper adjustable cylinder pressing active roller mechanism to achieve high-speed feeding.
In order to meet the needs of large-scale finger joint board factories for large-scale and mass production, we have developed a high-speed double-sided woodworking planer. The maximum processing thickness is 170mm, the maximum processing width is 630mm, and the feeding speed is 10-40m/min. It has the advantages of safe production, high efficiency and less labor.

ENTIRE CAST IRON
Extra heavy one-piece, cast Iron machine frame is specially heat treated for maximum stability and rigidity by standard configuration.
HARD-CHROMED FEED TABLE
The entire Cast Iron – Chromed In-feed table is normalization heat treated for maximum stability. In-feed Table & Fence adjustment is quickly accomplished by means of a quick-setting levers.
SPIRAL (HELICAL) CUTTER
The upper and bottom cutter head are equipped with imported heavy-cutting spiral cutter, which have been dynamically balanced and equipped with international brand SKF bearings for precision assembly, with stable performance, good accuracy and good durability.
Well Laid-out pressure spikes
The pressure spikes are in an overlapped layout with a minimum of gaps that hold the workpiece firmly and evening ensuring shake-free feeding, even for short workpiece.
Digital positioning control
The thickness of cut can be controlled by a digital positioning control. Once the preset position is reached, the table elevation stops automatically.
